Keith is a dual qualified lawyer in England (Solicitor) and Tanzania (Advocate). His career has involved advising clients in and out of private practice, including global financial institutions, governments, and development finance institutions. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate and finance law, with a particular focus on legal and regulatory affairs in African financial and capital markets.
Having worked for various African and European-based financial services institutions, Keith has engaged extensively with senior policy makers and regulators across the African continent. He has played a pivotal role in advising on the establishment of financial services businesses across Africa, including in Tanzania and South Africa.
