We will only process special categories of personal data (such as health data or data relating to criminal convictions) where you provide your consent or where it is necessary and permitted by law, for example to provide legal advice, meet employment obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6.6. Data retention periods apply depending on the nature of the data and our regulatory obligations. The retention period is determined based on the data’s nature and sensitivity, the purpose for processing, potential risks, and legal obligations.
6.7. In certain cases, we may anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes, allowing us to use it indefinitely.
