Bettina Okinyi

Bettina is an Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, which is generally considered the leading corporate law firm in Kenya and is the largest full-service corporate law firm in East Africa. Bettina has amassed extensive experience in advising firms in legal and contract management as well as operational and legal compliance. Her experience includes comprehensive compliance review and conducting due diligence on corporate and commercial aspects including ownership and capital structure, real estate, banking and finance arrangements, employees and benefits, litigation, insurance, intellectual property, regulatory (including identifying any regulatory filings required), environmental, health & safety.
