- Successfully defending for Vodafone Group and related entities in connection with a public interest suit valued at approximately USD 2.5 billion filed at the High Court Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Division, Nairobi, by shareholders and users of the world-famous Mpesa mobile money platform jointly developed by Safaricom in relation to compensation sought for alleged misappropriation of funds.
- Advising a large South Africa based private equity fund in connection with the recovery of an equity investment valued at over USD 3.5 million following substantiation of fraudulent misrepresentation.
