    • Acting for a leading international energy and infrastructure conglomerate in connection with an arbitration proceeding for the recovery of a debt of circa USD 610 million from the Zambian Government’s Ministry of Energy.
      • Successfully representing and advising BSL Infrastructure, an engineering, procurement and construction company with prominent presence in Eastern, Southern & Central Africa region, in connection with a breach of contract suit regarding an unpaid sum of USD 300 million on a USD 1 billion construction contract.
