Yasmina advises companies through all stages of the conflict resolution process, including the implementation of preventive measures to detect facts and circumstances that could lead to a conflict.
She represents clients before Moroccan commercial, civil, criminal and administrative courts, as well as in Moroccan or international arbitration proceedings and in disciplinary, judicial or legal proceedings initiated by administrative authorities.
Yasmina served as Morocco’s Minister of Health from 2007 to 2012, as Secretary of State to the Minister of Social Development, Family and Solidarity from 2002 to 2007. She also served as a Member of Parliament for 15 years.
