    • Acting for a joint venture of Arab Contractors and Elsewedy Electric In connection with mediation and arbitration proceedings initiated by a local entity in relation to an alleged breach of a subcontract agreement and claims of damages of more that USD 5 million regarding the rehabilitation of the Kibiti-Rufiji Road, which was utilised in the construction of the Julius Nyerere Hydropower Plant.
    • Acting for Knauf Gypsum Tanzania Limited in connection with various disputes, including defending against proceedings initiated by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB), and defending against labour and civil matters instituted against the company.
    • Advising Zeng Cheng Benma in connection with complaints regarding counterfeit products in the market, as well as defending against the passing-off of the SANLG trademark by Wou-Zhu Investment and pursuing the deregistration of similar marks in the Trademark Registry.
