ADNA is comprised of modern legal entrepreneurs who have created the first independent, integrated law firm of Francophone Africa, spanning from North to West Africa, with a pan-African vision and wide international expertise. We have offices in Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea and Morocco, and as part of ALN, an integrated alliance of the preeminent full-service corporate law firms in 15 African countries and the UAE, we extend our reach across the continent and beyond.

ADNA is eager to disrupt the status quo of a typical law firm by being as ambitious as the clients we work with, helping them to navigate the legal landscape with bespoke legal solutions. We provide a bridge between Anglophone and Francophone Africa, with expertise in corporate law, banking and finance and project development. Our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to help grow and promote the next generation of African lawyers.
