Esubalew Amare

Esubalew Amare is an Associate at MTA. He is a corporate lawyer with a decade-long experience, with experience in the judiciary, academia and private practice. In the judiciary, Esubalew served as a state court judge, presiding over a myriad of civil cases. In the academic sphere, he worked as a lecturer and researcher of law. He was also practicing as an attorney at a state level, successfully representing clients in civil and contractual disputes. At MTA, Esubalew advises clients on corporate, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and fintech and digital finance matters.

• Research consultant for UASID Feteh (Justice) Activity to conduct research on the Ethiopian tort law.
