Stacey Owusu

Stacey is an Associate at N. Dowuona & Company. Her areas of focus are banking and finance, fintech and corporate and commercial. Her recent work with the firm includes advising on a USD 20 million debt financing to fund company expansion and accelerate the replacement of fossil-fuel infrastructure in West and Sub-Saharan Africa. She has also advised on a USD 10 million-dollar debt financing transaction for the expansion of a tilapia farm and a syndicated financing transaction involving an agribusiness company. She routinely advises clients in debt financing transactions and assists non-financial institutions and fintech companies in setting up in Ghana and obtaining a license.

Stacey holds a LL.B from the University of Leicester. She obtained her LPC from BPP University, London and a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana and the United Kingdom.
