    • Acting as local counsel to CMS Budapest on behalf of a consortium of lenders that have agreed to subscribe to a corporate bond in Hungary that will be used to finance the bond issuer’s subsidiaries’ construction of a road and bridge between Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo through a public, private partnership model.
    • Acting as local counsel for White & Case South Africa on behalf of the Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking division) in relation to a debt financing package for the upgrading and modernisation of a one stop border post pursuant to two concession agreements for each side of the border.
    • Advising a Chinese-State owned enterprise as a contractor on an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for the construction of Kafue West – Muzuma 330kV Double Circuit Transmission Lines on behalf of ZESCO limited for the total value of circa USD 89 million.
    • Acting for Mpande Clean Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary of a chinse state owned enterprise, on its construction and development of a 7.5MW waste heat power station and a 36MWp PV power station in Lusaka with an intended private mine as an offtaker.
    • Advised Sirius International Holding Limited on potential public-private partnership digital infrastructure projects in Zambia.
    • Acted on behalf of Sakiza Spinning Limited in a landmark appeal concerning the enforceability of a duty to negotiate in good faith during pre-contractual negotiations.
    • Acted on behalf of BL & D Plant Hire and Sales Limited in a corporate dispute involving a shareholder’s petition to wind up the company.
    • Advised Multichoice Zambia Limited on the implications of the 2022 Draft Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes (Critical Information Infrastructure) Regulations on its operations and providing recommendations to address potential challenges.
    • Acted on a Vendor due diligence involving one of Zambia’s top OMCs providing comprehensive legal and regulatory advice on the potential reorganisation of its business.
