Yassin is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a certified arbitrator, with experience spanning both private practice and in-house advisory roles. He has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, international investors and SMEs on a range of commercial, regulatory and tax-related disputes.

Importantly, the appointment further strengthens ALN’s ability to deliver seamless, multi-jurisdictional disputes services in Tanzania and across East Africa, combining deep local expertise and international experience with a fully integrated regional platform.
