Charlotte has played a central role in advising multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, family-owned businesses and high-growth companies on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, capital markets and strategic commercial transactions. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, where she is recognised for combining technical excellence with practical commercial insight to help clients achieve their business objectives.

In addition to her transactional practice, Charlotte regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and data protection matters, helping organisations manage evolving legal and business risks.
