We are proud to announce that Babatunde Fagbohunlu SAN, Senior Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at ALN Nigeria, and Aisha Abdallah, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at ALN Kenya, have been appointed to the Governing Board of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). They have been appointed alongside Chiann Bao (Singapore), Shaneen Parikh (India) and Vladimir Pavić (Serbia).
Babatunde and Aisha’s appointments reflect their outstanding contributions to arbitration, leadership in helping clients navigate complex cross-border disputes, and commitment to strengthening dispute resolution across Africa and beyond. Their presence on the ICCA board will further position ALN in the global arbitration community.
