Edward’s legal and deal-making expertise covers many sectors, most notably energy, telecommunications, entertainment and infrastructure, where he has advised founders, private equity firms, multinational corporations, high-profile artists and charitable organisations. He advises on fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, anti-bribery and corruption investigations, corporate restructurings and refinancings, and has a strong track record of advising C-suite executives and boards on corporate governance. His arrival will enhance ALN Tanzania’s ability to provide bespoke commercial solutions to clients, enabling them to navigate challenges, make connections and capitalise on opportunities.
