ALN is proud to be part of the 2023 Africa Singapore Business Forum (ASBF), the eminent platform facilitating business exchange and trade collaboration between Africa and Asia, happening on 29 – 31 August. Since its inception in 2010, ASBF has convened over 5,000 business and government leaders from 30 countries, propelling partnerships and growth opportunities across these vibrant regions.
With a burgeoning consumer market and the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) shaping the landscape, the African market offers compelling potential for businesses. The reopening of borders presents a window for enterprises to explore investments in digitisation, manufacturing, and sustainability.
ASBF 2023 aspires to unite prominent business leaders and government officials from Africa and Asia, forging discussions on trade and investment prospects within Africa. The forum acknowledges the global competition for Africa and the increasing influence of its private sector. It also provides a fertile ground for networking amongst African and Asian enterprises.
This year’s edition will encompass dialogues on growth opportunities and identification of prospects across pivotal sectors, including consumer trade, high-value manufacturing, Africa’s digital technology boom, and sustainable green development.
