Adeola Kembi

Adeola is a Senior Associate at ALN Nigeria | Aluko & Oyebode and a member of the Dispute Resolution practice. He is also a team lead in the Firm’s Insolvency & Debt Recovery, Real Estate and Estate Administration practice groups.

He routinely represents corporate clients before Nigerian Courts, at all levels, on a wide range of complex and high-value commercial disputes including banking, insolvency & debt recoveries, corporate restructuring, estate planning & trusts, real estate transactions, employment law, competition law, contracts, aviation, judgment enforcement and energy & natural resources. He also regularly advises the Firm’s diverse clients on domestic and cross-border transactions bordering on insolvency & debt recoveries, estate planning & trusts, real estate, licenses, permits, approvals and registration. He has been directly involved in advising various multinational and local clients on the acquisition of real estate in Nigeria.

Adeola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He attained a Bachelor of Laws from University of Ilorin and holds a Master of Laws from University of Lagos.
