Her recent work with the firm includes advising an international consulting firm on tax and labour law issues arising from the residence of a number of remote workers in Ghana, conducting vendor due diligence for the acquisition of a food products manufacturer with subsidiaries spanning the African continent, advising a multinational fintech company on payment systems regulatory compliance in Ghana and advising a global non-profit organization on the regulatory requirements for the conduct of sweepstakes in Ghana.

Ama obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
