    • Advising Access Bank, a Nigerian multinational commercial bank owned by Access Group, in connection with its issuance of a USD 50 million Regulation S 5-year Senior Unsecured Step-Up Puttable Green Bond due in 2027, including reviewing the subscription agreement, advising on regulatory requirements and preparation of a drawdown legal opinion.
    • Advising Access Bank, a Nigerian multinational commercial bank owned by Access Group, in connection with its issuance of a USD 500 million Perpetual, Fixed Rate, Additional Tier 1 Bonds.
