Dina’s practice focuses on general business law, corporate law, particularly on M&A transactions on behalf of public and private, listed and unlisted companies or their shareholders and investors.

She had also developed significant experience in antitrust/ competition.

Dina regularly advises domestic and international clients (including investors and industrial operators) on cross border and local concerns.
