Emmanuel Twerefoo Agyarko-Mintah

Agyarko-Mintah is an associate at N. Dowuona & Company, specializing in commercial dispute resolution, property acquisition, employment and labor law, as well as corporate and commercial transactions.

His recent work includes representing a multinational ride-hailing company and a multinational car manufacturer in civil litigation. He also represents the Receiver of a liquidated bank in commercial arbitration. He advised an international mining company on commercial litigation strategies related to a power purchase agreement dispute.

Agyarko-Mintah regularly represents the firm’s clients in dispute settlement conferences, conducts due diligence for investor clients, and provides guidance on property acquisition contracts and financing as well as employment matters in Ghana. Additionally, he has experience drafting privacy policies and terms of use for mobile applications and websites.

He holds a B.A. in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an M.A. in International Affairs from the Legon Center for International Affairs and Diplomacy at the University of Ghana, an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
