Mr Patel is a Partner at Musa Dudhia & Co in Lusaka, Zambia. He obtained a law degree from the University of Zambia in 1973 and was admitted to the bar on 6th May 1974. He joined Musa Dudhia & Co. in June 1974 and became a Partner in June 1977.
Farid has over forty years of experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, including litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court of Zambia, debt recovery, licensing and regulatory work, and real estate conveyancing matters. He has acted as local counsel to foreign law firms and companies, advising on asset disposal and investments schemes. Farid also handles matrimonial matters.
