Lilian Sakyi

Lilian is an associate at N. Dowuona & Company. Her areas of focus are dispute resolution, intellectual property, corporate governance, data protection and employment law. She has advised clients on a wide range of legal issues, including employee termination and redundancy, trademark infringement, corporate governance compliance, and regularly represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Her recent work with the firm demonstrates a comprehensive expertise in navigating intricate cross-border legal landscapes. Specifically, she has provided strategic advise to an international company on Ghana’s copyright laws, and delivered specialised advisory services to a rapidly scaling multinational AgTech enterprise, ensuring robust corporate governance structures and compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Lilian holds a B.A in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Ghana. She obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana, and a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
