Linda is an Associate at N. Dowuona & Company. Her areas of focus are corporate and commercial, energy and infrastructure, dispute resolution and corporate services. Her recent work with the firm includes advising an international investment company on its debt investment into Ghanaian small and medium scale enterprises in the agro-processing sector and advising a leading international social health enterprise on its market entry into Ghana. She also routinely participates in due diligence transactions and has assisted in resolving significant commercial disputes.
