Louis Denzel Oseko

Louis is an Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, widely regarded as the leading corporate law firm in Kenya and the largest full-service corporate law firm in East Africa. He has experience spanning high-stakes arbitrations, complex litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. Louis has advised both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of legal matters, including constitutional petitions, tax appeals, employment claims, liquidation proceedings, energy and large-scale commercial disputes.

He has a keen interest in commercial dispute resolution and holds certifications as a Trained Arbitrator and a Certified Professional Mediator. He has also published on contemporary topics, including investor-state dispute settlement, tax disputes, and the sustainable regulation of biomass energy.

Louis has demonstrated strong research and writing skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments. He is deeply invested in the intersection between law, technology, and sustainable development and aims to provide clients with innovative, practical, and commercially sensible solutions.

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Louis holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing his Master of Laws from the University of Nairobi with a focus on International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Law, International Tax Law, Legal Aspects of International Technology Transfer and Regulation of eCommerce.
