    • Acting in managing the legal transaction for a client on the change of user and amalgamation in respect of two  pieces of land  acquired  by  the  client and Mixed Use Development along General Mathenge Drive measuring approximately 125,500 square feet office space known as The  Promenade,  including  drafting  and reviewing the Construction Contract and the various consultancy contracts for the development.
    • Acting for a client in connection with  Refinancing  a Mortgage Portfolio by Absa Bank Kenya including reviewing securities in the mortgage portfolio and advising on enforceability of the same as well as drafting and negotiating on the security documents.
