    Weynalem leads Taza Legal’s Litigation Practice and brings more than 17 years of experience across private practice, the judiciary and law firm leadership. He advises local and international businesses, NGOs, foreign embassies and investors on corporate and commercial law, litigation, employment and labour matters, real estate, investment and immigration. A certified arbitrator and mediator, Weynalem regularly represents clients before all levels of the Ethiopian federal courts and administrative authorities in complex and high-stakes disputes.

    Weynalem is recognised for his extensive courtroom experience and practical approach to dispute resolution. His career uniquely combines judicial experience, private practice and law firm leadership, enabling him to provide clients with strategic advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

    He is a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator in commercial and labour disputes, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), and a former Executive Member of the Ethiopian Lawyers’ Association.
