    Kelvin is an Associate in the Projects and Infrastructure department at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, widely recognised as the leading law firm in Kenya and the largest full-service corporate law firm in East Africa.

    As a member of the Projects and Infrastructure team, Kelvin advises clients on the structuring, development, financing and acquisition of projects across diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, transport and construction. His work includes providing regulatory advisory services, corporate structuring advice, legal due diligence and guidance on risk allocation and bankability considerations, as well as drafting and negotiating project agreements such as public-private partnership agreements, concession agreements and other key commercial arrangements.
