Devvrat has over ten years of experience. He regularly advises High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family-owned businesses on succession planning, intergenerational transfer of wealth, international estate and succession planning and corporate governance matters. Devvrat also advises corporate entities on all aspects of corporate law, including new business setups, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder-related matters, both in the GCC and across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Devvrat has been ranked in the Chambers and Partners for Private Wealth Law – Kenya (Expertise Based Abroad), 2021 and 2022. He has also been recognised as a Rising Leader by the Private Client Global Elite directory for 2022 and 2023. He is a licensed Legal Consultant in Dubai and an advocate of the High Court of India.
