Background
Lorna Senivassen joined BLC Robert as a trainee in 2018, shortly after completion of her LLB degree and is now a Junior Legal Executive within the Financial Services and Capital Markets team. She has since been involved in the drafting of fund and other legal documentation, reviewing local and foreign law documents and issuing legal opinions to investors. She has also advised on tax and re-structuring for funds and other private equity vehicles.
