Hibist Dessalegn

Ms. Hibist is an Associate in MTA. She mainly focuses and undertakes matters related to labour, corporate and commercial law as well as civil society laws. Hibist has drafted bylaws, conducted due diligence investigations and provided legal and regulatory opinions to various business organisations including private limited and share companies.

She also advices NGOs in relation to the legal and regulatory requirements and handles their incorporation. In addition to this, Hibist assists the Principal Attorney as well as the management advisory team of MTA in various administrative and management tasks.

• Acting for Girl Effect, Ethiopia Stroke Initiative, DCAF, Orphan Care Ethiopia in connection with providing legal advice in the operation and/or registration of the Civil Societies Organizations.
• Acting for Clifford Chance in connection with conducting legal research on Clean Hydrogen projects in Ethiopia.
